In 2013, Kierra and Kiersten Wood decided that they needed to raise awareness about HD as their mother, Melissa, was becoming more symptomatic. Together with their dad, Shane and stepmom, Leeann, the Wood's Warriors began. Their annual bowling event in Butler, PA has grown every year and continues to gain popularity, making a lasting impact in the community and for the Western PA Chapter.
